5K Supporting Prospector Theater

5K Supporting Prospector Theater

A local Ridgefield student, Calvin Keller, is hosting a 5K fun run to support the Prospector Theater and raise awareness for our special needs community.

The race will be on September 3rd at 8 AM at Ridgefield High School. Runners with special needs are free of charge and will be paired up with a Ridgefield High School track athlete to learn about proper stretching, warm ups, and race techniques!

Cross Country Signups and Meeting

High School Cross Country

is fast approaching

First Practice: Thursday, August 25, 9 AM for the girls and 2:30 PM for the boys.

RHS Fall Athletics Team Kick Off Meeting
August 23, 2016
6:30 pm in the RHS Auditorium
7:15 pm Team break-out sessions

All Fall Student Athletes and their Parents are encouraged to attend this meeting to meet Dane Street, RHS Director of Athletics and learn his mindset about high school athletics.  He will also cover some of the “nuts and bolts” of the day-to-day operations of the department and explain some of the processes and procedures that pertain to all of our sports.

Following the full group session there  will be breakout sessions throughout the building for each of the individual programs for coaches  to share information about their program including  the  tryout schedule and process, as well as answer questions from students and parents.
